MUSICIANS GET FEATURED ON OUR BLOG!: Submit a Paragraph About Your Music

Your Music Matters is all about helping you have breakthroughs in your music career. Generally, this doesn’t happen without some important realizations – usually, about yourself.

This explains why we regularly connect you with new tools and resources. If you’re able to see yourself in them, and find the key that unlocks the door, you’ll be moving on and up. If you do it in rapid succession, you’d be unstoppable.

In saying that, there’s more we can do to help. And, one of the things we’ve decided to do is feature your music on our blog.

And, here’s the kicker. We want you to be in full control.

Usually, if you send your music to a review blog, if you’re lucky, they’ll write up a quick sentence or two about your music and leave it for dead. Hopefully, something quotable, so it’s worth all the time and effort you’ve put into outreach.

Here, we’re turning this idea on its head. We want you to send us a paragraph or two about your music, which we will post to our blog (you’re looking at it now) as soon as we can.

Of course, we’d love it if you’d send us a link (note – link, not email attachment) to embeddable media – SoundCloud or YouTube – along with a link to your website.

So, to summarize…

Here’s What to Do:

Send the following to yourmusicmatterstoo@gmail.com:
  • A paragraph or two about your music. More is okay. There is no word count limit.
  • Link to embeddable media. SoundCloud and YouTube are easiest.
  • Link to your website. We’d sure like to send that traffic somewhere (and trust me, we do get some).
  • Anything else you’d like to share about yourself. Maybe your name, or a short bio, for example.

Important Note:

Once your piece is published, we can’t realistically make any changes to it (it all takes time!). So, please send us your best stuff, in finished form. Thanks, and we look forward to helping you reach new heights with your music.
