Have You Registered Yet?

Can people find you online? When they type your name (artist or band name) into Google, what do they find? Do they find your website? Social media profiles? Press releases or interviews? Media coverage? Do they find anything? Some musicians spray and pray. They sign up for every social network available, shout “buy my music!” from the rooftops and hope that someone, anyone, will notice. Some musicians believe “if you build it, they will come”. So, they set up home on the web, and once they’ve registered their website and social media profiles, they sit and wait. Others just poke at it here and there. They dabble in it, but they never fully commit. What all these musicians have in common is hope. They hope their online presence will lead to opportunity. How Are We Doing So Far?

When we started this project, we had a clear vision for what we wanted it to be. All the details and parameters hadn't been worked out yet, but we knew what we wanted to accomplish from a high level view. Although the project continues to evolve as we get into conversation with others, our goals remain the same. So, how would you say we've been doing so far? Do you think we're on the right track?
