Have You Registered Yet?

Can people find you online?

When they type your name (artist or band name) into Google, what do they find?

Do they find your website? Social media profiles? Press releases or interviews? Media coverage?

Do they find anything?

Some musicians spray and pray. They sign up for every social network available, shout “buy my music!” from the rooftops and hope that someone, anyone, will notice.

Some musicians believe “if you build it, they will come”. So, they set up home on the web, and once they’ve registered their website and social media profiles, they sit and wait.

Others just poke at it here and there. They dabble in it, but they never fully commit.

What all these musicians have in common is hope. They hope their online presence will lead to opportunity. They hope they will create the success they dream about.

But hope is a dead-end street. If you’re not acting on what matters to you, it makes no difference.

The reality is that digital marketing isn’t fully understood by most musicians.

No website? That’s strike one. No email list? Strike two. Sending people to social media instead of a platform you own and control? You’re out!

Although it requires a long-term mindset, digital marketing is not complicated. It’s just that artists haven’t been empowered with the knowledge they need to create traction.

In fact, that’s what’s missing from most popular methods of the day – strategy.

Sure, on a tactical level, many of the things you’ve heard the experts say do work. But most of what they’re sharing is tactics, not strategy.

If you want to be someone who gets in the game, stays in it and builds a long-term career, you need a more holistic approach that supports your goals.

In the Digital Marketing Essentials for Musicians webinar, you will learn how to build a presence that stands the test of time.

Sure, best practices change. Tactics change. Technology changes. But the fundamentals haven’t changed in years. Decades even.

So, if you’re ready to build a career that lasts, sign up for the free webinar and Q&A and begin creating the success you deserve today.
